Opened Items
Because our coffee is a consumable product, we do not accept returns on opened items to ensure hygiene and safety standards.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please request a replacement or return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
