We are committed to delivering premium-quality coffee. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a professional and transparent policy for your peace of mind.

Opened Items

Because our coffee is a consumable product, we do not accept returns on opened items to ensure hygiene and safety standards.

7-Day Window

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please request a replacement or return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

The Refund Process

Once your request is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
